Holy Week Day 3: Temple debates and Olivet Discourse
On Holy Tuesday, religious leaders escalated their conspiracies to trap and arrest Jesus. They will eventually team up with an old enemy - the Romans who greatly disrupted their way of life and the Herodians who were the supporters of Herod the Great.
Even the Sadducees attempted to discredit Jesus. It is on this day that Jesus warned the crowd about the hypocrisy of these leaders and pronounced several condemnations or "woes" against false religion: Matthew 23: 13-33
